UK Returns

For UK customers, please contact the Customer Service team at support@mymemory.com to receive return instructions for your specific order. Be sure to include your order number so your order can be identified. For items valued over £50, send goods via Royal Mail Signed For post. Retain proof of postage when returning items. MyMemory cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

International Returns

For international customers, contact the Customer Service team at support@mymemory.com for return instructions for your specific order. Include your order number so your order can be identified. For items valued over £50, send goods via International Recorded post. Retain proof of postage when returning items. MyMemory cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Use the International return form or address. International items returned using the UK Freepost address may be subject to a discretionary return postage fee.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they have been damaged during delivery, are defective, have been incorrectly advertised, or are not what was ordered. A full refund or a replacement, including postage costs, will be issued at no additional charge. Items damaged due to improper handling cannot be accepted.

Faulty Products

Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt, unless specified on individual product listings. Use the returns form provided. Every return is tested for faults and defects. If an item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer, with MyMemory covering these costs. Faulty goods may be substituted with another brand of the same intrinsic value. Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned if incorrect, faulty, or damaged. A replacement can be offered for any qualifying multi-buy item. Due to the nature of these promotions, a refund for the main or qualifying item alone cannot be provided.

Unwanted Products

Customers can withdraw from any purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item. To do so, email the customer service team at support@mymemory.com. A brief explanation for the cancellation will help improve future service. An exchange or refund can be provided, but items must be returned within 14 days of delivery using the Freepost details provided, covering all return postage costs. Goods must be adequately packaged to prevent damage, and a completed returns form must accompany returned items. After 14 days, the right to refuse opened and unwanted goods is reserved. If opened and unwanted goods are accepted after this period, a discretionary minimum fee of £2.49 may be charged to cover postage and packing costs incurred. Unwanted purchases that remain unopened and unused will be refunded, but original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Excluded Items

The following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:

• Face masks
• Unsealed media
• DVD and Blu-ray discs
• Video games and computer software
• Computer memory
• Used hard drives
• Unsealed headphones
• SIM cards and SIM packs

Upon receiving the returned item, it will be processed and a refund notification will be sent via email. Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 working days of receiving the return. Any cancellation does not affect statutory rights. 

Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Ensure the delivery address is correct before completing the order. Responsibility cannot be taken for delays or loss of parcels due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

For non-delivery, please allow 21 days before reaching out (28 days for International customers). Postal regulations require waiting before following up on missing items.
